Our primary goals are to foster open communication, improve community engagement, and ensure that all aspects of the subdivision—whether it’s landscaping, amenities, or neighborhood events—reflect the standards we all value.

Ryan Faucher

My name is Ryan Faucher, and my wife, Lauren, and I moved to Angel Falls from San Antonio, Texas, in January of 2024. We were drawn to this neighborhood because of its strong sense of community and the unparalleled charm of Bentonville, Arkansas.

Lauren works as a cardiac nurse, and I had the honor of serving in the United States Air Force for over nine years, supporting cyber operations both domestically and overseas. It was an immensely fulfilling career, and I’m proud to bring the same leadership, dedication, and collaborative spirit to our neighborhood.

Hi Angel Falls neighbors! I serve as your POA Facebook Admin—a role I’ve held since January 2023. Some of you may already know me, and for those I haven’t met yet, here’s a little about me.

I’m originally from the UK and have lived in Bentonville for over 9 years. I’m married to Josh, and we have two wonderful daughters who are both away at college. My career started in the UK as an orthodontist, but I later followed my passion into the world of coaching. I’m now an internationally accredited life coach and co-founder of The Mint Door, where we empower high-achieving teams and businesses to elevate their success through workplace wellbeing programs and retreats.

Josh and I are avid travelers, and I also work as a certified travel advisor. I love creating vacations and trips that truly align with what you’re looking for—whether it’s adventure, relaxation, culture, or a bit of everything! If you’re thinking of getting away this summer, feel free to reach out—I’ll see what fabulous perks I can find for your trip.

You’ll often see me out walking our dogs around the neighborhood—I make multiple laps a day, so don’t hesitate to stop and say hi!

P.S. My Facebook Admin role is what I consider to be the best role on the POA! I’ll be completing my POA commitment this December, so if anyone would like to take over from me, please reach out—I’d be happy to chat more about it.
